Returns & Refunds Policy


At L-manX™, we believe in earned results, not shortcuts.

If something’s off, we’ll make it right - as long as it’s fair and within our policy.

Our Promise to You

We stand behind our protein with integrity. If you’re genuinely unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of the original ship date.

All returns must be initiated through our Returns Portal

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
  • It must be in the same condition you received it, with tags (if applicable) and in original packaging.
  • You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Empty or heavily used containers
  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
  • Items returned after 15 days
  • Sale items or gift cards

Return Shipping

Option 1.

All returns must be initiated through the L-manX Returns Portal.

  • Start your return by visiting the L-manX Returns Portal and entering your order email and order number used at checkout.
  • If your return is approved, you’ll receive:
    • A return label 
    • Clear instructions on how and where to send your package

Option 2.

If you created an account with NORDNFIT, you can also request a return directly from your order page:

  • Log into your account
  • Go to your order
  • Click “Request Return

Additional guidelines:

  • Please package all items securely to prevent damage in transit.
  • Returns must be submitted and shipped using the L-manX Returns Portal and label.
  • Items sent without a portal-generated label may not be processed.
  • Return labels must be used within 7 days of creation.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Your bank or credit card company may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@lmanx.com.
