Returns & Refunds Policy


At L-manX™, we believe in earned results, not shortcuts.

If something’s off, we’ll make it right - as long as it’s fair and within our policy.

 

Our Promise to You

We stand behind our protein with integrity. If you’re genuinely unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of the original ship date.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

    •    Your item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

    •    It must be in the same condition you received it, with tags (if applicable) and in original packaging.

    •    You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase.


We do not accept returns for:

    •    Empty or heavily used containers

    •    Products with broken seals or tampered packaging

    •    Items returned after 15 days

    •    Sale items or gift cards

    •    Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier unless verified stolen through the proper claims process


How to Start a Return

    1.    Email support@lmanx.com with your order details and reason for return.

    2.    If your return is approved, we’ll send you:

    •    A return shipping label (unless your return is not due to an L-manX error — in that case, you cover shipping)

    •    Instructions on how and where to send your package

    3.    Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


Fair Use Policy

We’re here for honest, hardworking customers. To keep things fair:

    •    We reserve the right to decline returns for items that appear used, tampered with, or abused.

    •    Repeated or suspicious return requests may be reviewed and denied.

    •    Lost or stolen package claims require verification before resolution.

    •    If you’re not seeing results, reach out, we’ll help you adjust your routine before suggesting a return.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

    •    Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

    •    Your bank or credit card company may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund.


If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@lmanx.com.

 

European Union Customers

If your order ships into the EU (not at the moment) you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The same return eligibility requirements apply.
