Founding Face of L-manX 2025

Tyler Stanley
Face of L-manX 2025
Tyler Stanley - Age 25 - East Bridgewater, Massachusetts
“Why Not Me.”
Tyler doesn’t think he has some wild, movie-trailer transformation story. No rock bottom. No overnight six-pack reveal.
But that’s the point.
For him, change wasn’t one big moment. It was thousands of small ones: choosing the gym after work when he was tired, cooking his own food instead of ordering out, showing up on days it would’ve been easier not to.
“It’s not about being perfect. It’s about showing up, even when you don’t want to.”
Growing up in East Bridgewater, Massachusetts. Tyler always moved. Sports weren’t just hobbies, they were discipline in disguise, learning teamwork, learning how to lose, learning that no one’s coming to make you better for you.
He found lifting in college. And it clicked. Not for ego. Not to impress anyone. It was quiet. Personal. A way to prove to himself that he could choose the harder thing every single day.
Tyler’s not into shortcuts. He knows motivation is a liar.
“Anyone can train on the good days. The real test is when you’re tired, stressed, or busy. That’s when discipline matters.”
His training split is planned but flexible. Legs, chest, back, shoulders, arms, rest. High volume. Moderate weight. 10–12 reps a set, always finishing with burnouts. Nothing flashy, just effective. He’ll tell you straight: a good lat pulldown is hard to beat. He takes rest days seriously. It’s part of the work.
Nutrition is old-school simple. Eggs, chicken, beef, rice, potatoes, avocados. Meal prepped Sundays so he doesn’t have to think on busy days. But he’s not obsessive about it. He leaves room for a drink with friends, for a real meal out.
“Balance is the key. If you’re disciplined most of the time, you earn the freedom to actually live.”
Most people don’t know this, but Tyler loves to cook. Not the usual bodybuilder meal-prep monotony, but real food. Big meals. Scratch cooking for friends and family on holidays. Because food isn’t just fuel, it’s connection.
“It’s rewarding to make something from scratch that brings people together.”
BEFORE & AFTER
Outside the gym? You’ll find him on the golf course, watching football, or talking cars and watches. He pays attention to the small details, the craftsmanship most people miss.
And there’s one fun fact that always surprises people:
“I was on the cover of a Nerf box as a kid. Yeah, peaked early.”
But what he doesn’t joke about is his role in his family. As the oldest sibling, he knows they’re watching. And he wants them to see that you don’t get handed strength or success. You build it. Quietly. Consistently. Especially when no one else sees it.
“My siblings are my biggest motivation. I want them to see what’s possible when you believe in yourself and refuse to quit.”
He’s clear-eyed about what fitness is really for. Not for the mirror. For the mind. For the discipline that spills into everything else. For the confidence that comes from knowing you did the hard thing, even when no one asked you to.
“Strength isn’t given. It’s earned. One choice at a time.”
When Tyler signed on to be the Face of L-manX™ 2025, he didn’t see it as an award. He saw it as accountability.
“I said yes to L-manX because it’s exactly how I live. No shortcuts. No hype. Just real, honest progress built on discipline and clean nutrition. If my journey helps even one person believe in themselves, that’s worth it.”
He’s not trying to be an influencer or sell some lie about perfection. He wants people to know it’s messy. It’s not linear. It’s just deciding every day to try again.
“Start small. Stay consistent. Trust the process, especially on the days you don’t want to. That’s when you make real progress.”
If you ask him where he sees himself in five years, he’ll say traveling more, growing more, finding new ways to push himself. But the core won’t change. The promise to keep showing up, even when it’s hard.
Because for Tyler Stanley, “Why Not Me” isn’t arrogance. It’s an invitation.
An invitation to anyone willing to do the work.
To see what happens when you don’t quit.
To prove it.
Because he’ll be the first to tell you:
For anyone willing to put in the work - it truly does work
